Contra-Camo-Cabin
The Contra-Camo cabin is a take on the small shelters that can be found in remote natural areas, specifically build for hikers or hunters. The cabin’s camouflage only funtions when the Rodohodendron bushes around it are in bloom.

During the summer residency “Waldeinsamkeit” the cabin was used as a refuge for the participating artists. They were invited to leave behind an object linked to their residency, thus turnig it into an archive of the project.

The cabin also functioned as a starting point/visitors centre for guided tours around the domain.
